With an unwavering commitment to trust, exceptional service, and bottom-line savings, Tracy has forged a reputation for excellence in business relationships.

Her innate passion for facilitating meaningful connections led her to establish Connect The Dots Solutions, where she curates a diverse portfolio of service-based organizations dedicated to addressing common business challenges.
Complementing Tracy's expertise is her husband Scott Sabol, who holds a PhD in Leadership with extensive experience in strategic planning, executive coaching, and leadership development.

As the consultant arm of the business, Scott’s innovative approach and wealth of leadership experience affords schools and organizations to learn from his vast background and success.

Additionally, his Lean Six Sigma certification underscores his commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement, which was instrumental in his success as a Superintendent of Schools.
